NOTICE OF CHANGE TO FUNDS AVAILABILITY POLICY

Effective July 1, 2025, the following changes were made to our Funds Availability Policy in accordance with 12 CFR 229 and the Expedited Funds Availability Act:

  • Increase in the amount that must be made available by the next day from $225.00 to $275.00
  • Increase in the amount that must be made available if we extend immediate availability by one day from $450.00 to $550.00
  • Increase in the threshold of large deposits and new account exceptions from $5,525.00 to $6,735.00
